With the success of the mini stroop test to be seen in the shockwave gallery,
we've created a more sophisticated version which will present the Classic,
Emotional and Pictorial stroop tests. All content is created by the user,
allowing experimenters to present their own stimuli. MultiStroop

We have overhauled our ever popular Chatback application, making it more compatible
with Windows XP and improving the graphics.
- To simplify the process of installing Punctuate on your local Intranet we
have now produced a version that can be installed onto your web server. The
program will then play in any browser with the shockwave player plugin installed,
allowing you to use Punctuate on both Windows and Apple computers. As an added
bonus you can also try it out by
clicking here. This demonstration allows you to try out all the features
of the program although you are limited to a small selection of the sentence
lists available in the full version.
- Ever wondered if there is anything exciting that you can do with your webcam?
Well, as of today there is! Download our latest program, setup your camera
and then stand there, waving your arms in the air to play a range of different
musical instruments, drums, a keyboard or an electric guitar. Click

- We are now offering a teaching sized version of the slavonic abacus. Click

- We have now prepared a CDROM which contains demonstration versions of all
of our programs. Should you wish to obtain a copy then please contact us using
any of the methods mentioned on this site.
- After much fretting and cursing you can now play the full version of our
upcoming release Suffixing for free. This Shockwave
version doesn't include the speech or report tracking that the release version
will but, other than that, it is fully functional.
- Having listened to many requests from past and new customers alike we have
set about bringing a program that will help pupils with the tricky skill of
suffixing. It is our intention to eventually release this program with speech
included but, for now, you can try out the Teacher part right now in your
web browser. See what the future of teaching suffixing
may well look like.
- We have discovered that the text-scanner didn't do a perfect job of reading
some of the wordlists supplied with Pwmpiwr Brawddeg. To correct this you
can download the corrected files
in a .zip archive. You will then need to expand the archive (using a suitable
tool such as WinZip) into
the Resources folder of Pwmpiwr.
- A demonstration version of the Quiz section of Punctuate
has been added to the Shockwave Gallery.
- A demonstration version of Pwmpiwr Brawddeg
has been added to the Shockwave Gallery.
- We now have a dedicated links page added to the
site. On this page we will added links of sites that will be of interest to
dyslexics if you can't find what you are looking for here.
- The Shockwave Gallery has been extended further.
The two latest additions are a Welsh language version of the Stroop test and
a simulated experiment on an imaginary virus culture.
- We have added details of our first Welsh language title (Pwmpiwr
Brawddeg) to the site. This is a conversion of our Sentence Pumper program
into Welsh, utilising the word lists from O Gam i Gam.
- On the Punctuate page you can now find a couple
of extra sentence lists available for download. One of the lists is aimed
at older students (and adults) whilst the other follows the guidelines layed
out in the National Literacy Strategy.
- The Shockwave Gallery continues to grow - you
can now find an implementation of a Slavonic Abacus on it.
- We have extended the Shockwave Gallery a little,
adding the challenging strategy game Bagha Chal, a board game originating
in Tibet. Drop by and have a look.
- As you may have noticed there is now an option at the bottom of the screen
allowing you to view the website without frames (and, for that matter, with
many of the javascript features disabled.)
- Phew! It's a busy day today! Also going live today are details of a new
program that we will be releasing very soon. Quizmaster
is an easy to use tool for creating multiple choice tests. Why not cruise
